Papastiffin has finalized its’ route for lunch delivery in week days (Monday to Fridays). This includes double road, 80 ft road and Airport road. We can supply on 100 ft road if we get large orders from offices (more than 5 tiffins per office) We primarily supply in offices/corporates during lunch time.

In our endeavor to bring local North Indian taste to Bangaloreans, we plan to serve Paneer Paratha with dahi and Litti Chokha during this weekend brunch. Many of you might be unfamiliar to Litti Chokha. This is the most popular recipe in Bihar

Litti chokha is a local specialty of Bihar. Litti is primarily ball shaped stuffed preparation. The shape may be varied to oval/ flattened by gently pressing the ball. The shell is made of wheat flour. The taste of litti very much depends on the filling.The essential ingredient of filling is gram flour. Preparation of the filling is a fine art and requires a delicate combination of condiments and spices. The filling is amorphous and not runny. This is filled in the shell, sealed and then baked to perfection. Chokha accompanies litti. This is a preparation of smoked eggplant/brinjal or tomato. The smoked tomato or eggplant is mashed and dressed with mustard oil, coriander leaves and shredded green chilies. Mustard oil gives a distinct flavor to the chokha.

Papastiffin brought online tiffin ordering to Bangalore. We thought that it will be appropriate for the “Silicon Valley of India” to have an online version of tiffin ordering. Our customers can register on our website and then can order / cancel food online. We encourage all our customers to register on Papastiffin even if you do not put orders online. Once customer reaches on this page, he has options to choose single day order and multiple day order. Single day orders are for persons, who want to order one meal at a time. Customer clicks on single day order and this page opens:

Customer has to choose date, menu, # of tiffins, location of delivery (home / office : needed at the time of registration). Customer can also put the comments in the space provided.
If customer wants to put order for multiple days, then, he / she can click on multiple day order and this page will open up:

Customers can choose beginning date & end date, menu item, number of tiffins and place of delivery. Comment section could be used to put things such that (“please do not deliver on weekends” or “please deliver at office on weekdays and home on weekends).

Cancellation of food (Cancellation for orders that will be delivered at least after 2 days): Customer clicks on the “My account”. Here, customer can see all the orders that he has placed online. He will see this page:

Customer sees the “Cancel Order” at the right hand side. There are red signs [X] in front of each date. Customer can click on this red sign [X] to cancel the order. One should not try to delete orders that have been delivered or will be delivered on the same day or next day.

Papastiffin delivers tiffins to homes and corporates in Koramangala, Indira Nagar and NGV. We supply tasty, hygienic, home cooked food to our customers. We try to do our best to provide you best service but are always looking for feedback and suggestions.

Much needed menu revision was needed because of high inflation. We have still not changed price of our main product i.e Full Vegetarian Meal. We will try to hold price for full meal for some more time. We expect that customers will realize that price of vegetables, oil, petrol and cooking gas have increased in last 6 months and we did not have any other way but to change the menu and price.

The LPG prices too, are constantly increasing. Last year the price for a commercial cylinder was Rs 700; this year it is Rs 1160. Rising gasoline prices have further added to our woes. It has been an everyday challenge to maintain quality with this steep price rise.

We have also changed menu for the mini tiffin based on customer feedbacks. Here are the changes:
